“Follow your plan” is a simple sentence that we often say and hear, but it needs to be reminded  if you are going to manage the discipline of focus every day. According to time management expert, Alec Mackenxie surveys show that most executive don’t get to their most important tasks until mid afternoon. Why? Most finished of low priotiry tasks so that they could have a sense of accomplishment. If you refocus your attention and plan your day but you don’t follow through, your results will be the same as those of someone who didn’t focus at all.

               Remember: Your greatest possessions is the twenty for hours you have directly ahead of you. How will you spend them? Will you focus on priorities or allow point less emails, unimportant tasks, telemarketers, interruptions, and other distractions to consume your day? Will you take complete responsibility for how you spend your time, take control of the things you can, and make today yours y following through on your plan? If you don’t take control of your time today, someone or something else will take it.
