Responsibilities :

  • Develop country and Trading Overseas Market strategy by linking requirements of Key Accounts, Traditional Wholesalers, Retailers.
  • Improve distributor organization capability to be capable to implement the annual plan achieving objectives on sales, distribution, merchandising, unsalable, stock level, business building programs, organizational development and sales compliance strict implementation and control.
  • Establish new importer and distributor across whole the world meanwhile correspondence to existing importers also get new customer.
  • Do some business travel and market research to find the best price, promotion and product that we are going to sell to destination country.
  • Create some promotional items Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) to destination country.
  • Follow up and execute the order and inquiry.



  • Bachelor degree from Marketing, Business Management, Economic or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience as International Business or Export Manager or Sales Manager from consumer goods industry.
  • Have a good analytical thinking, good interpersonal skill and target oriented.
  • Willing to travel.
