Responsibilities :

  • Accurately produce all required HR data reports, displayed in appropriate formats, in agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure high quality, accurate, insightful data is produced and maintained by working with the HR Team.
  • Liaise with internal business units to obtain required data.


Requirements :

  • At least 3 years experiences in the same field as Human Resources Data Analyst
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experiences of data analysis/data processing/problem solving.
  • Having an ability to provide clear and accurate information in a suitable format for business use.
  • Having knowledge and experience of creating HR metrics and working in a human resources function.
